Customer feedback directly at the place of action

Your PeCo Feedback takes you one step closer to your customer and staff members. Our feedback system helps you to see your company from the perspective of your customers, to identify “actual” optimisation potentials and to experience lived details.

From the international commercial company with hundreds of branches to the individual tourist information centre –
we delivery the appropriate solution:

In addition to standard questions about the most important service areas, PeCo Feedback is able to determine your customer’s willingness to recommend you (scale of 10 Net Promoter Score (NPS)). In open text modules, your customers can provide information about what they liked especially or what can be improved. We are more than happy to consider your questions and will customise the questionnaires accordingly.

You can access your data on customer and staff satisfaction on any end device with an Internet connection. The PeCo online reporting allows for the comparison of locations, store benchmarks, automatic text analyses, direct alerts to the management as well as the regular and automatic transmission of flexible and individually configured PDF exports.

The possibility to scan customer cards, promotion codes or QR codes with our scanner terminal will also provide more information about your customers.
